TEAM PARAGON, a renowned organization specializing in trauma healing and training, successfully completed a two-day program for the Ethiopian Human Rights Council (EHRCO) on March 07 and 08, 2024. The training took place in Addis Ababa and was specifically tailored to empower EHRCO’s human rights defenders and experts. Its objective was to equip them with the necessary skills to effectively manage the psychological pressures and difficulties they face during investigations and other work-related activities. EHRCO firmly believes that this training will significantly enhance the ability of human rights defenders to carry out their crucial work while prioritizing their mental well-being.
