What we do

Five practice areas, each with real programs from our record and the institutions we delivered them for.

Leadership

Ethical, servant and transformational leadership for public institutions: prosecutors, directors, sub-city leaders and the managers who run government offices. We build strategy and character together, because institutions change when the people who lead them change.

Three ways to work with us

  • ConsultationDiagnostics, organizational review and strategic planning.
  • CoachingOne-to-one and team coaching that embeds new mindsets.
  • TrainingMulti-session programs designed around your people.

How we work

Every engagement follows the same four steps, and every session trains the whole person.

  1. Before we design anything, we study your people, your context and the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

  2. We build the program around your sector, your culture and your goals, in Amharic, English or both.

  3. Learning by doing: real Ethiopian cases, role-play, reflection and practice. Not a sit-and-listen seminar.

  4. We follow up after the sessions, help people apply what they learned at work, and look at what changed.

What we learn at the end feeds the next diagnosis.

HeadHeartHandChange
leader
Head, Heart and Hand overlap; where all three meet is a change leader.

The 3H method

We don't stop at information. Each program works on what people know, who they are, and what they can do.

  • HeadKnowledgeClear thinking, strategic models and real Ethiopian cases.
  • HeartCharacterReflection and empathy that shift attitudes and values.
  • HandSkillRole-play, practical tools and practice that build competence.

From potential to change leader

  2. Change AgentHeartHas the conviction to mobilise people.
  3. Change LeaderHead + Heart + HandShapes culture and drives lasting change.
“Individual change is the catalyst for true institutional change.”

Why our work matters

Ethiopia is one of the largest and youngest nations in Africa, and conflict has uprooted millions. Who leads, and who helps people heal, will shape the decades ahead.
