Who we are

Founded in 2020 · Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

TEAM PARAGON is a premier organizational consultancy and corporate training firm based in Ethiopia. We bridge high-level strategy with practical, human-centered execution, partnering with public institutions, civil society organizations, NGOs, private enterprises and educational bodies to build capacity, cultivate adaptive leadership and empower individuals to drive transformation.

Our story

Team Paragon began in 2020 with a simple calling in the founder's own words: "My work is raising new generation." Six years later it is the firm Ethiopian ministries, banks, NGOs and communities call when they need leaders who can carry change, and people who can heal from what conflict has done.

The arc: From a youth and church-rooted trainer, to a public voice on emotional intelligence, to the people institutions call when conflict leaves damage, to a national partner for justice, governance and finance.

What makes us different

Four things no one else in our field can truthfully say together.

  • Leadership and healing under one roof

Most firms do corporate leadership or psychosocial work. We do both, and connect them: unhealed trauma weakens institutions, and strong leaders help people heal.

  • Trusted across every sector

Federal justice and peace ministries, human-rights commissions, banks and companies, international NGOs, universities and community groups.

  • We go where it is hard

War-affected Amhara and Tigray, Gambela, shelters for displaced families in Debre Berhan, and former combatants in the south-west.

  • Ethiopian, bilingual, a method with a name

Delivered in Amharic and English with local examples, using our own 3H method and the Engineer, Agent and Leader pathway.

How we work

Every engagement follows the same four steps, and every session trains the whole person.

  1. Before we design anything, we study your people, your context and the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

  2. We build the program around your sector, your culture and your goals, in Amharic, English or both.

  3. Learning by doing: real Ethiopian cases, role-play, reflection and practice. Not a sit-and-listen seminar.

  4. We follow up after the sessions, help people apply what they learned at work, and look at what changed.

What we learn at the end feeds the next diagnosis.

Head, Heart and Hand overlap; where all three meet is a change leader.

The 3H method

We don't stop at information. Each program works on what people know, who they are, and what they can do.

  • HeadKnowledgeClear thinking, strategic models and real Ethiopian cases.
  • HeartCharacterReflection and empathy that shift attitudes and values.
  • HandSkillRole-play, practical tools and practice that build competence.

From potential to change leader

  3. Change LeaderHead + Heart + HandShapes culture and drives lasting change.
“Individual change is the catalyst for true institutional change.”
