(EWLA) The Ethiopian Women Lawyers Association (EWLA), in partnership with the We Cannot Wait (WCW) project, organized a two-day capacity-building training on Negotiation and Mediation Skills for paralegals in Addis Ababa. The training was expertly delivered by TEAM PARAGON.

This program aimed to:

  • Strengthen the skills of paralegals in peace-building and conflict resolution .
  • Enhance their ability to protect vulnerable groups , including women, children, and marginalized communities.
  • Equip participants with tools for effective mediation in post-conflict settings , where tensions run high.
  • Empower paralegals to deliver timely, rights-based interventions in their communities.

By improving negotiation and mediation techniques, EWLA and Team Paragon are helping to ensure justice, amplify voices, and foster sustainable peace .
