TEAM PARAGON just wrapped up an intensive Training of Trainers (ToT) session in the heart of Dessie city! We brought together a dynamic group of representatives from various organizations, all united by one goal: redefining leadership.
These newly certified trainers are headed back to their respective institutions to roll out
Leadership Praxis-training. But this isn’t your typical “sit-and-listen” seminar.
Our focus is on Experiential Training Methodology. This means:
- Learning by Doing:Moving beyond theory into real-world application.
- Reflective Practice: Turning every experience into a leadership lesson.
- Active Engagement: Building skills through immersion, not just slide decks.
We are incredibly proud of this cohort’s energy and commitment. They aren’t just leaving with certificates; they’re leaving with the tools to spark a leadership revolution within their organizations.
