Developing new emerging leaders in Ethiopia is mandatory. There is a scarcity of leadership in Africa. Team paragon training has been working to produce leaders. Last week for five days we managed leadership training for youth, and we had awesome time! በሀገራችን ብሎም በአፍሪካ ደረጃ ብቃት ያላቸው መሪዎች እጥረት አለ ብለን እናስባለን:: ራሱን የሚመራ: ቤተሰቡን: ድርጅቱን: ሀገሩን መምራት የሚችል ብቃት ያለው ትውልድ መፈጠር አለበት:: ሀገራቸውን ወደፊት የሚያራምዱ ወጣት መሪዎችን በብዛት ማምረት ይጠበቅብናል:: ቲም ፖራገን ይህንን ቀዳሚ ስራው በማድረግ በመስራት ላይ ይገኛል::
