I had the pleasure of facilitating the kickoff of an Ethical Leadership training program for 25 directors and experts at the Addis Ababa City Admin. Landholding Registration and Information Agency, organized by Sophos Africa (SA).
Over the next six weeks, we will be diving deep into core principles aimed at driving positive transformation in leadership, institutional culture, and workplace values.
