We are proud to announce the successful delivery of a crucial training program by TEAM PARAGON on:
- Conflict Mitigation & Negotiation Skills
- Mediation & Peace-building Strategies
- Prevention & Management of Women & Children Abuse – with a special focus on digital abuse and building organizational networks to combat these challenges.
Participants included representatives from:
- Sheger City Administration Offices
- Communication Office
- Education Office
- Women, Children & Youth Affairs
- Police Department
- Health Centers
- Social Affairs
- Community Leaders This training aimed to strengthen collaboration, enhance response mechanisms, and create a safer environment for vulnerable groups in our community.
