It was an honor for TEAM PARAGON to deliver a dynamic training session on Communication and Team Building for a brilliant group of young professionals. Organized by FAWE in collaboration with Mastercard, this initiative is pivotal in equipping future leaders with the essential skills to thrive in the business world.
The session was highly interactive, fueled by rich experience sharing and insightful discussions. We explored practical strategies to enhance collaborative dynamics and articulate ideas with clarity—key competencies for building strong professional networks and accelerating career growth.
A huge thank you to FAWE and Mastercard for their commitment to youth development. We are inspired by the participants’ engagement and are confident they will become influential Youth Leaders and professionals.
