Four days of leadership and strategic coaching for government officials

We just wrapped up a successful 4-day intensive training for government officials on the Essentials of Leadership and Strategic Coaching.

If we want to truly transform the system, organizations can no longer rely on just a passive “plan”—we must actively invest in robust leadership development programs. True change happens when we intentionally equip our leaders with the tools they need to guide us into the future. The training is organized by Sophos Africa.
